Billing and workbook support

What a purchase includes
A single workbook is ₹299 for one successful job. A five-workbook pack is ₹999. Both have 90-day credit validity. The server catalogue and provider checkout show the payable amount in INR; check that amount before paying. Team pilots require onboarding and are not sold as automatic subscriptions.
Delivery and expiry
A job builds one company, reporting period and model version after you review its assumptions. Failed or interrupted generation restores its reserved credit. Workbook downloads are private and available for 30 days. Save your file before that period ends. Source preparation has a separate three-per-week allowance and shares the account research token budget.
If payment is uncertain
A pending order, an authorised payment and a captured payment are different states. Credits appear only after a verified full capture. Reuse the same checkout attempt if confirmation is interrupted; do not make a second payment. Send support the order ID when confirmation remains pending.
Refund requests
For duplicate charges, unavailable delivery or an unresolved credit problem, contact support for review. Refunds use the original provider transaction. A processed partial or full refund suspends the associated credit grant for reconciliation. Refund eligibility, timing and any tax treatment must be confirmed for your purchase; no instant-refund promise is made.
Model scope
Models are research scenarios. Banks, insurers and financial businesses require different models. Consolidated cases need explicit minority valuations and cash-access assumptions. Formula checks do not establish financing feasibility or verify every manually supplied fact.
